The North Eastern side of Gozo is characterized by unspoiled locations where wild herbs and trees are abundant. The honey derived from this area, is the result of the natural blend of these plants, especially; wild thyme, clover, citrus and carob blossoms. Our pure, raw honey is coming directly from the beekeeper’s hive; it is unheated and unfiltered, this way all beneficial elements of natural honey, like pollen, antioxidants and vitamins are being kept intact.
